Favorite thing about MNW
I am wholeheartedly grateful for the support and inspiration I received as a student. I appreciate that MNW listens and responds to the needs of the greater Montessori community.

I am responsible for evaluating obstacles within myself and seeking the education I need to continue to evolve. I strive to create educational environments of compassion, respect, and curiosity, where every person sees themselves and feels seen.

Favorite Pastimes?
There is nothing like sharing a music experience with others. I love attending concerts and singing with children in the classroom.

PROFESSIONAL BIO
Chelsea Fields is a Montessori elementary guide with 10 years of classroom experience. She earned her AMI elementary diploma in 2018 after training at Montessori Northwest. She holds a BS in Childhood Education from SUNY College at Oneonta and a M.Ed from Loyola University Maryland. 

Chelsea lives in upstate New York with her husband, daughter, and gaggle of family and friends. She enjoys hiking, reading, and rolling fresh spring rolls.
