What I do at MNW
As Administrative Director, I have many responsibilities, ranging from guiding applicants through the admissions process to overseeing building maintenance. I work on licensure, implementing administrative systems, IT support, hospitality and much more!

Since Angelika Steinberg discovered Montessori, she has been a nanny, classroom assistant, and started a Primary level classroom. In 2008, at Montessori Northwest, she completed her AMI Primary Diploma and earned a M.Ed. from Loyola University Maryland. After working in the classroom, she volunteered at Montessori Northwest then joined the staff in 2014. As Administrative Director, she supports the comprehensive management of the training center.
