Recorded Workshop – The Montessori Adult in the Infant & Toddler Community: Part 1

This training is designed to support adults working with infants and toddlers in a Montessori setting. Led by Elise Arevalo, participants look at the role of the assistant and guidance on how to support the 0-3 year old through various developmental milestones, from toileting to the emergence of different levels of independence. Other topics covered include: how to observe, gaining children’s trust, learning when and how to intervene (and when not to), establishing consistency and routines, the importance of food and food preparation, and supporting young children's language development. Plus, be prepared for music, singing, movement activities, and more!
